当社は、40年以上にわたり培ってきた産業用マニピュレーターに関する豊富な経験を基盤に、高度なエンジニアリング力と国際的な販売・マーケティングネットワークを融合したソリューションを提供しています。創業当初より、Themaはリ・エンジニアリング、レトロフィット、ならびに産業用マニピュレーター向けの構造部品および把持装置（グリッパー）の設計・製造に注力し、用途に最適化された高信頼性ソリューションを実現してきました。

現在、1,500㎡の生産拠点にて事業を展開しており、さらに製造エリア15,000㎡、物流・保管・製品検証およびサンプル受入を目的とした8,000㎡を備える新たな工場へと事業拡張を進めています。40年にわたる現場経験と技術的知見は、既存マニピュレーター技術の継続的な高度化と、新たなコンセプト開発へと昇華され、世界各地の多様な産業分野に向けたカスタマイズソリューションの提供を可能にしています。構想・設計から製造、最終試験に至るすべての工程は、ミラノの自社工場においてThemaの専門チームが一貫して担当しており、品質・性能・信頼性に対する完全な管理体制を確立しています。

Founded near Milan, Italy, Thema has grown from a specialized workshop into a reference partner in the design and manufacturing of industrial manipulator solutions.

The company builds on more than 40 years of consolidated expertise in industrial manipulators, combining advanced engineering capabilities with a long-established international commercial network. From the very beginning, Thema has focused on re-engineering, retrofitting, and the development of custom structural systems and gripping tools, delivering highly reliable and application-specific solutions.

Today, Thema operates from a 1,500 sqm production facility and is expanding into a new industrial site totaling 15,000 sqm of fully covered manufacturing space, supported by an additional 8,000 sqm dedicated to logistics, testing, and product validation.

Decades of hands-on experience have been translated into continuous innovation, enabling Thema to enhance existing manipulator technologies and develop tailored solutions for a wide range of industrial sectors worldwide.

All phases of the process—from concept and engineering to manufacturing and final testing—are performed in-house by Thema’s specialized team at its Milan facility, ensuring full control over quality, performance, and reliability.
